๐ Cancellation & Return Timeframe
Customers may request a return or refund within 30 calendar days of receiving their order. Beyond this period, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Items that are personalized, perishable, or clearance may not be eligible.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
